Continuously ensuring designated staff are chosen specifically for each client, we believe it is important to maintain a consistent, mutual and happy working relationship. Regular client visits are made, to discuss work carried out and any additional future requirements.
The Concorde ethos clearly works. All potential team members are personally recommended or taken through a strict recruitment process and we ALWAYS ensure the correct documentation, qualifications, insurances and references are in place.
All staff are fully trained over a three month period, alongside an experienced team member. The Construction Skills Certification Scheme card (CSCS) enables cleaning on building sites, and annual Health and Safety training ensures compliance from all our employees. Lawrence G Vesey is our chosen Health and Safety advisory, a very experienced and well respected industry specialist who holds both I.O.S.H and N.E.B.O.S.H certificates.
Concorde are also a part of the leading third party accreditation scheme, Alcumus, which recognises very high standards in health and safety management amongst UK contractors. Businesses undergo a vetting process which examines health and safety procedures and their track record for safe practice.
